Refunds, Cancellations and Disputes

Last updated: November 3, 2026

1. WCX's own service (for Sellers)

1.1 Not sold today. WCX has no paid plans today, so there is nothing to pay or refund. WCX will be sold as a subscription: the plan's price, currency, billing period and conditions, including whether it has a refund period or a trial, will be shown before anyone pays and agreed in writing. No guarantee period, trial or other term is offered today. Processors, advertising networks and other providers charge their own fees under their own terms. WCX does not refund them.

1.2 Cancellation. You can stop using WCX at any time. To close your account or a store, write to support@wcx.digital from your account's email address, and we will confirm by email. Closing your account does not end your obligations to your Buyers (refunds, disputes and access already sold). It also does not close your account with the Processor, which you manage with the Processor.

1.3 Delivery. WCX is an online service, so nothing is shipped. Access is given by invitation. Once you accept the invitation, you can use the dashboard right away.

1.4 Promotions. WCX does not currently offer promotions, discounts or trials. If it does, the conditions will be shown with the offer and confirmed in writing before you accept.

1.5 Disagreements with WCX. Write to support@wcx.digital. We reply within 2 business days and will try to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot, section 17 of our Terms of Service (governing law and disputes) applies.

2. If you bought in a store that runs on WCX

2.1 Who sells to you. Each store on WCX belongs to a Seller, a business that sells its own digital products under its own brand. When you buy in one of those stores, you buy from that Seller, and the Seller's terms of sale and refund policy apply. They are linked from the store's checkout and pages.

2.2 Each store has its own refund policy. Each store publishes its own refund policy, including any guarantee period. The policy shown on that store is the one that applies to your purchase.

2.3 How to ask for a refund. Contact the store through its contact page or the details on your receipt. If you cannot reach it, write to support@wcx.digital with the store's web address and the email and date of your purchase. Never send card numbers. We will forward your message to the Seller.

2.4 Access after a refund or dispute. In the WCX members library, access to a refunded product ends when the refund is completed. If the payment is disputed with your bank, access is paused while the dispute is open and comes back if the dispute is resolved in the Seller's favor.

2.5 Your legal rights. Nothing on this page or in a store's policy affects the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

2.6 Disputes and chargebacks. If you do not recognize a charge or have a problem with an order, contact the store first; it is usually the fastest way to fix it. You can also dispute the charge with your card issuer. The payment processor that processed the payment handles the dispute under the card networks' rules, and the Seller answers through that processor.
