Request early access
WCX is available by invitation. To request early access, write to support@wcx.digital with the subject "WCX early access request" and include:
- your name and the name of your business or brand;
- your website, or the full link to the profile where you sell (not just a username);
- what you sell (type of digital products and price range) and where your buyers are;
- how you sell today (platform and payment processor) and about how many orders you get per month;
- the advertising networks you use, if any;
- confirmation that your products comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers, ID documents or bank details by email. We reply to every request and, if WCX is a fit, send you an invitation.
Bought from a store?
If you bought in a store that runs on WCX, contact that store first, through its contact page or the details on your receipt: each store answers for its own orders and applies its own refund policy (see our Refunds page). If you cannot reach the store, write to support@wcx.digital with the store's web address and the email and date of your purchase (never card numbers), and we will forward your message to the Seller.
